1. These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter “T&C”) apply to all orders, offers, and purchases of products on the website: www.licciardellogioielli.it (hereinafter “Website”). The products on the Website are sold directly by Massimo Licciardello, Via dei Serpenti, 5 – 00184 – Rome, VAT Number: 13082361000, Tax Code: LCCMSMTST09H501V.
2. The Customer is required to read the T&C and the Privacy Policy before placing any purchase order. Con l’accettazione dei T&C e l’invio di un ordine, il Cliente dichiara:
a) di aver letto, compreso ed accettato integralmente e senza riserve i T&C;
b) di aver letto, compreso ed accettato integralmente e senza riserve la normativa sulla Privacy contenuta nella apposita sezione del Sito Web;
c) di autorizzare il Venditore ad immagazzinare, elaborare, usare e trasferire a terzi i dati personali contenuti nell’ordine allo scopo di eseguire lo stesso.

3. All products offered for sale on the Website are new and always accompanied by a warranty; the essential characteristics of each product are presented on the Website within the relevant product description page. Our offer includes many handcrafted items and items made with natural components; consequently, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that the products subject to the transaction may not be entirely compliant with the indications, specifications, and/or photographs present on the Website. Furthermore, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on the Website may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

4. The T&C exclusively regulate the commercial transactions of products on this Website between Website users and the Seller; they do not, however, regulate the supply of services or the sale of products by subjects other than the Seller, who may be present on the Website through links, banners, or other hyperlinks.

5. To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on the Website, the Customer must fill out the electronic order form and transmit it to the Seller electronically, following the relevant instructions.
The order form contains a summary of the essential information about the characteristics of each ordered product and its relative price, the payment methods that can be used to purchase each product, and the delivery methods for the purchased products, as well as the shipping and delivery costs. Billing data and the shipping address will be requested.

6. The contract is concluded when the Seller receives your order form electronically, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to your order and subject to the cases indicated in point 9 below.

7. The order form will be archived in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case within the terms established by law. You will be able to access your order form by consulting the “My order” section.

8. The language available for concluding the contract with the Seller is Italian.

9. The Seller may not process your purchase orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency, or that are incomplete or incorrect, or in case of product unavailability. In these cases, we will inform you by email that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not followed up on your purchase order, specifying the reasons. Should the products presented on the Website no longer be available or for sale at the time of your last access to the site or the submission of the order form, the Seller will be responsible for informing you promptly, and in any case within thirty (30) days starting from the day after you transmitted your order to the Seller, of the possible unavailability of the ordered products. In case of submission of the order form and payment of the price, the Seller will refund what you have already paid in advance.

10. Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will take charge of your purchase order and will send the Customer, by e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, containing the information already included in the order form (the Conditions of Sale, the information relating to the essential characteristics of the product, the detailed indication of the price, the payment methods, and the delivery costs,

11. Payment of the price of the products and the related shipping and delivery costs will be made according to the methods indicated in the order form.

12. Financial transactions will be handled through PayPal; this information will be managed and transmitted without any third parties being able to access it, and it will never be used by the Seller except to complete the purchase procedures and to issue refunds in case of any product returns or if it is necessary to prevent or report the commission of fraud on the Website to the police forces. The price for the purchase of the products and the shipping costs will be charged to the Customer’s account upon shipment of the purchased products.

13. SHIPPING – Shipments will be made via TNT, FedEx, or UPS courier, or, when necessary, via Ferrari insured, armored courier; the information will be updated on the courier’s website within 2 business days from the shipping date using the tracking code that will be provided by the Seller. Shipping is free for orders over €200.00; for orders of a lower value, the shipping cost is €12.00 including VAT. The order processing time is 3 business days + shipping.

14. RETURN – The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) working days starting from the day of receipt of the products purchased on the Website, unless they have been personalized with engravings or made to the customer’s design.
To request a return, you must send an email to: info@licciardellogioielli.it. The return request will be accepted only for products that are in the same condition as when they were received, never worn, free of scratches, stored in their original packaging, and complete with all accompanying materials. The return will be shipped to the Seller, who will verify the previously highlighted conditions.
The return will be accepted exclusively if the above-mentioned procedure is respected.
If the return does not meet the listed conditions, it will not be possible to issue a refund and the package will be sent back.
It is only possible to make a return from the original shipping address.
When the return is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent within 3 working days from the receipt of the item at our offices.
The refund will include the value of the returned products, excluding the cost of ordinary shipping charges. In the case of in-store collection/return, the return will be free of charge.
For purchases made with a credit or debit card, the time required to see the refund depends on the institution that issued the card.

15. The T&C are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code). They may be modified in consideration of any regulatory changes. In that case, the new T&C will be effective from the date of publication on the Website.
