SHIPPING – Shipments will be made via TNT, FedEx or UPS courier, when necessary via insured, armed Ferrari courier; information will be updated on the courier’s website within 2 business days from the shipping date using the tracking code that will be provided by the Seller.
Shipping is free for orders over €200.00; for orders of lower value, the shipping cost is €12.00 VAT included.
Order processing time is 3 business days + shipping.

RETURN – The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) business days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on the Website, except if they have been personalized with engravings or made to the customer’s design.
To request a return, please send an email to: info@licciardellogioielli.it.
Return requests will only be accepted for products that are in the same condition as they were received, never worn, free of scratches, stored in their packaging and complete with all attached materials. The return will be shipped to the Seller, who will verify the previously highlighted conditions.
The return will be accepted exclusively if the above-mentioned procedure is respected.
If the return does not meet the listed conditions, it will not be possible to issue a refund and the package will be sent back.
It is only possible to make a return from the original shipping address.
When the return is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent within 3 working days from the receipt of the item at our offices.
The refund will include the value of the returned products, excluding the cost of ordinary shipping charges. In the case of in-store collection/return, the return will be free of charge.
For purchases made with a credit or debit card, the time required to see the refund depends on the institution that issued the card.

15. The T&C are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code). They may be modified in consideration of any regulatory changes. In that case, the new T&C will be effective from the date of publication on the Website.
